Friends of JAMES

Are you interested in supporting music and media education?

... then we would like to invite you to become a ‘Friend of JAMES’.

The industry organisation JAMES represents education matters for the Association of Professional Recording Services (APRS), the Music Producer’s Guild (MPG) and the UK-Screen Association. These are the recognised industry organisations representing the recording, music production, music technology and audio post-production for the film and television industries.

JAMES considers education and training to be vital in nurturing tomorrow’s talent. Our initiatives are designed to facilitate the highest standards, thus ensuring that many years of recording industry experience is not lost to future generations.

An annual subscription of £100 will link your business to JAMES and we will include your details and web links on our web site enabling you to claim

We are a “Friend of JAMES”
and contributing towards - “Industry Supporting Education”.

Manufacturers and suppliers are also invited to sponsor specific education events, as and when appropriate, and will be recognised and promoted by JAMES accordingly.

Opportunities include:
  • Education and careers presentations at ‘JAMES Regional Education Centres’
  • Promotion at major UK music exhibitions such as ‘Music Live’ 2010 - NEC
  • Supporting expert panel seminars
  • New technology presentations to education course leaders and students
